AutoCorp's goal is to create an efficient, dynamic and transparent auto lead marketplace where dealers can take advantage of the same tools that lead aggregators use to purchase leads in the wholesale market. To date, auto dealers have been forced to pay a set price for leads in a given zip code radius. They negotiate this price with a lead provider salesperson who’s entire goal is to get the highest price for the largest amount of leads each month. The lead provider then tries to generate leads or buy leads in the wholesale market at the lowest possible price. If the dealer agrees to purchase leads for $20 and the lead aggregator can acquire leads for $18, they make a 10% margin. However, if the lead provider can acquire leads for $5, they make a 75% margin. Or, if they can generate $18 leads in one zip code, but $5 leads in another, their average margin increases substantially.
What most dealers don’t realize is that lead prices vary dramatically, hour by hour, in every zip code. At 10:00AM a lead might sell for $17.41, but at 4:00PM the same day, that same lead in the same zip code might sell for $6.83. With over 200 automotive publishers and lead providers pinging and posting leads to each other in the wholesale marketplace the market is very fluid and prices vary significantly.
To level the playing field and create efficiencies for the true buyers of the leads, AutoCorp has created the first system that allows auto dealers the ability to:
- Bid on and purchase leads in the wholesale market.
- Bid ANY price for leads, in any zip code.
- Utilize a bidding system that automatically lowers bids, to purchase leads at the lowest possible price.
- See the average price and maximum price leads have sold for in the last 30 days, in each area.
- Add, delete or change bid prices by zip code.
- Start, stop or pause campaigns at anytime.
If you’ve ever used Google or eBay, you understand that you can set a maximum bid, but their systems bid only the necessary price to get the click, product or lead. These systems work for THE BIDDER, not the seller or a third party. AutoCorp works similarly, using a bidding algorithm that attempts to bid the lowest possible price to acquire the lead. You may set a maximum price of $20 a lead, but find you are getting leads for $8 on average. When your lead cap or maximum spend is hit, the system stops bidding.
There are no pre-payments required and no salespeople to haggle with. This is a self-service system where you control everything. Buy as many or as few leads as you like each month. There is an automated lead rejection system, real-time reporting on purchased leads, price per lead, daily caps and monthly caps. Leads are delivered in an encrypted email format or you can choose to have them set up for you CRM solution.
By entering a zip code and radius in miles, the AutoCorp system will estimate lead
volumes and pricing in your personalized area. You can add or delete zip codes from
your personalized lead buying area. AutoCorp’s bid recommendations are based on
market lead prices over the last 30 days. However, you can determine the maximum bid price for
every lead. Keep in mind, even though you set a maximum bid price, AutoCorp will
automatically attempt to bid less, thereby lowering your average lead price. Check the pricing in your area now.
Daily Budget and Daily Lead Cap
There is no minimum spending requirement through Autocorp's system. The amount you
pay for leads and the amount of leads you purchase is up to you. For example, you
could set a maximum daily budget of $50.00, a daily lead cap of 5 and a maximum
price per lead of $12.00. Once your daily budget OR daily lead cap is hit, all bidding
ceases for that day. And you can change all of these levels at any time – just login
to your account and modify your daily budget, daily lead cap or bid pricing. Keep
in mind, even though your maximum bid is $12.00, AutoCorp will attempt to bid less
for each lead, thereby lowering your average lead price. Check the pricing in your area now.
Bid Recommendations
Once you have entered your zip code, created a radius map and selected the zip codes
from which you would like to receive leads, AutoCorp will make bid recommendations
for you. These recommendations are made by pulling all marketplace data for the
area from the past 30 days. You can increase or decrease your bid to generate more
(or less) leads from the overall area or from any specific zip codes. The AutoCorp
system allows you complete control over the lead prices, volume and zip location
– all you have to do is determine the best fit for your dealership. Click here to get started now.
Adding or deleting Zip Code
|
Once you check prices and create a campaign using the zip code radius tool, all
zip codes will be listed in a table. You can review and customize your settings
from this zip code table. To add additional zip codes, simply expand your mile radius.
To delete a specific zip code, simply uncheck the box next to that zip code. To
change the maximum bid for a specific zip code, modify the bid pricing box next
to that zip code to whatever levels you are comfortable with. Its that simple. And
you can change these settings at any time simply by logging into your account online.Try
it out now.

With AutoCorp, you only pay for leads you've actually received. You are not billed
in advance. AutoCorp will charge your credit card after 30 days or when your account
spend reaches your Billing Threshold, whichever comes first.
Each time your credit card is charged, you will receive an email detailing the date
and amount charged. You may pause your campaign at any time and there is no minimum
spend required.
Billing Thresholds
Once you create a valid AutoCorp account, you may begin bidding on leads in your
area immediately. Your initial billing threshold is set at $100.00. After 30 days
OR once your initial billing threshold is hit, your credit card will be charged.
Your billing threshold will be raised in increments each time your account spend
hits the threshold before a 30 day billing cycle has ended. Should your account
hit $100 within a billing cycle, your billing threshold will be raised to $250.
If the $250 is hit, the new and final billing threshold will be $500. Your credit
card will be billed each time you cross a threshold.
There is an account activation fee of $5.00 that will be initially billed upon activating
your account. This confirms a valid credit card and allows you to begin bidding
on leads.
Here’s an example;
Coldwater Ford activates an AutoCorp account and starts receiving leads on Feb 1st.
On Feb. 5th, Coldwater reaches their initial billing threshold of $100, having received
10 leads at $10 per lead. AutoCorp charges Coldwater’s credit card $100. Coldwater's
billing threshold is then increased to $250 and a new billing cycle begins.
On Feb 18th, Coldwater reaches their new billing threshold of $250, triggering AutoCorp
to charge their credit card. AutoCorp again raises Coldwater’s billing threshold
to $500, and initiates a new billing cycle.
Moving forward, Coldwater will be charged in $500 increments or the amount they
spent in a 30 day billing cycle (if less than $500), whichever comes first.
Payment Options
AutoCorp accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card will be
charged each time you exceed a Billing Threshold. Further, you credit card will
be charged a one time fee of $5.00 upon activation of your account. You maximum
daily or month budget caps will not be exceeded.
Each time a charge is made to your credit card, a confirmation email will be sent.
Your campaign will be paused should your credit card expire or if charges are declined.

Rejecting Leads
AutoCorp provides an online submission system whereby dealers may submit rejected leads for the following reasons:
- Bad contact info
- Duplicate information
- No intent
- Invalid consumer information
A dealer has 5 days to submit rejected leads to AutoCorp's system for review. The dealer will have to provide a reason, lead ID# and email address for all rejected leads. AutoCorp will review the lead and reason for rejection and inform the dealer if the rejected lead is accepted within 5 days of receipt. Any lead not submitted by dealers within the 5 day time-frame will be considered valid.
Leads can be delivered via encrypted email or by posting to most CRM solutions (Adtel,
Promax, etc). You will be able to select the lead delivery method as you register
for a new AutoCorp account. In addition to receiving leads via email or post, all
leads are stored in the secured AutoCorp Database for a least 90 days and can be
retrieved at any time during this period in the 'Reporting' section online. Should
you have a CRM solution or lead delivery method not currently supported by AutoCorp,
please contact us at info@autocorp.com
and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Encrypted Email
You may choose to have all of your auto loan leads delivered to you via email. To
ensure that all of the data contained in the leads is secure to various threats,
the email will be sent in an encrypted format. Autocorp will handle all email encryption
to ensure all data is safely transmitted.
ADF XML
AutoCorp can delivery your leads via the ADF XML standard. You will be prompted
to sign-up for this by entering your email address during the registration process.
Please contact us
if you have another XML delivery standard.
Posting to CRM
Posting is a very common method of delivering data from one database to another
via the internet. Most CRM solutions accept in-coming data via post and this method
can be used to transfer all the auto loan leads generated from AutoCorp. If you
have any questions on how this process works, please speak with your CRM provider
or contact us at info@autocorp.com
